We started small but we're thinking big - since founding the company in September 2018 we have grown to 50 people located in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and many more cities across the country! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment lifecycle, from maintaining your network, to headhunting, hiring and onboarding
  • Create job descriptions to reflect the requirements of the role and showcase our culture and atmosphere
  • Articulating the TechPods culture and values to prospective candidates
  • Participating in development and implementation of new recruitment strategies, including social media, career days, tech events, university presence etc
  • Proactively source passive and potential candidates through LinkedIn Boolean search, Github, and other related online channels
  • Maintaining fluid communications with line manager via weekly progress reports
  • Build strong relationships and trust with hiring managers to nurture the existing network
  • Benchmark internal recruitment practices against market information to stay up to date with industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent computer literacy 
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a team
