At TechPods, we are excited to invite a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as we continue our growth journey. What you’ll be doing
- Collecting hiring requests from the company’s different squads to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Writing job descriptions and job requirements for the needed vacancies
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate list of the jobs and vacancies within the company to ensure a clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints
- Lead and perform strategic sourcing and research activities, such as targeted sector and competitor mapping, to identify and build the talent network
- Develop creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool (i.e., social media, boolean & X-ray searches, internet data mining, leverage Reddit, GitHub, and Stack Overflow sourcing, video outreach, etc.)
- Operating our recruitment tracking system to manage our candidate pool from posting to offering
- Reviewing applications to assess candidates’ qualifications based on job requirements, identifying those best suited for the role
- Contribute to process improvement and best practices documentation in Notion
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process, researching best practices, gathering feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and using data insights to continuously improve each step over time
What we’ll expect from you
- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a clear understanding of sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment processes
- Highly motivated, customer-focused, and well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective problem solver with a positive attitude and the ability to make decisions while maintaining focus on resolution
- Strong team player eager to embrace challenges and committed to continuous improvement in workflows and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to keep an accurate list of job vacancies
- Familiarity with recruitment tracking systems to manage candidates from job posting to offer
- Experience in evaluating candidates' technical qualifications for engineering and development roles
- Strong interviewing skills to assess potential candidates effectively
- Proven track record in building relationships with clients and candidates, demonstrating effective interaction with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
- Outstanding interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines drive your ambition and success
